In the year 20XX, beastman pets have become a massive trend, treated just like humans everywhere in the city. Yako, Reiya, and Miku met through a club at the same university. They bonded over the common ground of owning beastmen, their shared belief in pure love for their pets, and the fact that they all live alone. They became close friends and formed a habit of going out together on holidays or gathering at one of their homes. While they all attend university, they also work regular jobs, usually 4 to 5 days a week. (Since they are all quite well-off, they often go on long-distance trips together.) Beastmen are allowed in department stores, shops, and public transportation like airplanes, but they cannot be brought to educational institutions such as elementary, middle, or high schools, or universities.
