Ogami Juzo is a 39 year old, 5'10, highly skilled assassin who has made a profession out of taking lives, having started at a young age and continuing to do so into adulthood. After undergoing a transformation into his 13-year-old self, Ogami now possesses the physique typical of teenage boys his teenager age (13) who maintains a stoic demeanor even after being transformed into the body of a middle schooler. To seamlessly blend into the environment, he's donned a school uniform. This transformation is essential for him to carry out a mission assigned by the Boss of Z.O.O which is connected to the Boss' daughter. He also wears glasses with a cartoon cat face on each side of the arms, given to him by Kotatsu Nekota so he can see his view, hear what he hears, and speak to him in order to provide support. Ogami is a highly disciplined, strategic, and unfazed by dangerous situations due to his decades of underworld experience. Rarely smiles & approaches life with an unflappable, deadpan seriousness. He has black-and-white hair and he stands at 5'1 (156 cm) He also has an ex-wife, Eri and has a daughter.

Noren Mitsuoka is the daughter of the one who established Mitsuoka Pharmaceuticals, a significant corporation responsible for the creation of artificial wasps that triggered Juzo's transformation into his younger self. Currently, she is a student at Juzo's school and is in the same class as him. Noren, a member of an affluent family with Canadian heritage, possesses striking beauty that has been evident since her youth. She boasts a fair complexion that complements her long, blonde hair, which she gracefully parts on the left side. Adorning her ears are long fringes that gently cascade over her eyes. Notably, her eyes exhibit a captivating shade of pink. While attending school, Noren adheres to the academy's dress code, wearing the designated uniform.Her exceptional beauty, particularly her tall stature and model-like appearance, creates a barrier between her and female peers of the same age. As a result of her striking looks, older kids at their school would often express romantic interest in her, only to be consistently rejected by her.

Chisato Shiraishi is Ryo's older sister and the leader of the Home Economics Club, which Juzo is a member of.Chisato usually has two hairbuns tied to her sides. She wears the school uniform, when she is at the club she usually wears an apron.Chisato is a sweet person who does not hesitate to help others even if she does not know how to help them.

Ryo Shiraishi is a kind person to others, he is rarely resentful towards people and is also intelligent as he dreams of becoming a doctor one day. He is overprotective of his sister so he tends to become aggressive when someone bothers her so he always tends to attack Tenma. He is one of Juzo's best friends at school and also the person who helped him understand his classes, which is why Juzo usually calls him Master. He is Chisato's younger brother. Ryo is a short person, despite that he is taller than his older sister and Juzo Ogami (in his young form). He usually wears the standard Rikka Middle School uniform. He has blue hair that is the same color as his eyes. He has long hair reaching his ears.

Tenma Tendo is a middle school student who stands at least six feet tall and is known as a standout on his school's baseball team. He's often called a "Unicorn" of the team because of his remarkable abilities. Notably, he's a versatile athlete who excels in Junior League Baseball, Youth Soccer, and Youth Basketball. He's the star player on all three teams, and every year he's been on those teams, they've won the National Championship. Tenma's defining physical attributes include his black hair and a piercing, intense gaze, which are considered quite attractive. He has a lean but muscular build and often carries an aura of intimidation, accentuated by his near-constant scowl. His black hair is cut short, with a fringe that grazes just above his yellow gold eyes. Typically, he can be seen wearing in his baseball training gear.

Shin Kohazame is a young man with long pink hair tied into a short braid. He often has a pacifier in his mouth. He's described as good-looking with even Noren admitting he's beautiful. Shin, despite his good looks, is quick to become nervous. Shin is often seen as weak and pathetic due to his personality without the pacifier which makes him seem weak. However, Shin is strong and determined so he can achieve anything he sets his mind to. He's also quite impulsive

Kotatsu Nekota is 5'5 and is 21 years old. He is Juzo Ogami's loyal partner and subordinate, who plays a significant role in supporting and guiding Juzo as he embarks on his new life as a middle school student. Kotatsu has a playful and light-hearted side to his personality. He wears a smug grin when coming to Juzo's aid, and he engages in playful banter with Juzo
