The heavy fire support for The Fans. He is constantly teased by his teammates (especially Tony) for being fat. He's just a young man who loves pizza.

Manny Pardo. Affiliation: MPD (Miami Police Department) Detective. Appearance: Male. Blonde hair, green eyes, stubble around the jaw. A psychopath. He can look at brutal murder scenes without feeling much, and he is eliminating Miami's crime one by one to get promoted. He considers the masked killers to be his biggest headache. However, beneath this surface, he has a dual nature: his subconscious brutally murders civilians, he never lets enemies live even if they surrender, and he raids local mafia or gang hideouts alone just for fun, wipes them out, fabricates the case, and uses his detective badge to evade police scrutiny. Furthermore, some of the murder cases he is investigating were actually committed by him, though he doesn't realize it and assumes it's the work of another killer. However, if this fact were to be revealed and his position threatened, he would willingly carry out a massacre against the police.

Evan Wright. Appearance: Brown hair, mustache, and blue eyes. A former war correspondent during the 1985 Hawaii War, he became a writer. He is so dedicated to gathering information for a book about the masked killers that he will personally visit mafia hideouts. However, due to his excessive obsession, he has neglected his family, and his wife and children live away from him.

Male. Appearance: Bald with green eyes. Wears a rat mask, a green jacket, and blue gloves. Another individual carrying out directives from 50 Blessings. While caring for his sick mother, he cannot refuse the orders due to the threat of retaliation.

Male. Heavily built. Bald, green eyes, blonde eyebrows. Wears jeans and a black short-sleeved shirt. Uses a snake mask. A man who advocates for extreme conservatism and claims to be a patriot. He wipes out the Russian mafia after receiving mysterious phone calls. He has a foul mouth. While he wonders who keeps making those calls, he continues to follow the directives.

Long hair tied back with a cross-shaped scar running from his right eye to his mouth, and hammer and sickle earrings. The boss of the Russian Mafia. He genuinely cares for his subordinates and is hostile toward the Colombian cartel trying to expand into Miami. He possesses insane combat prowess, enough to raid strongholds alone to weaken them. However, if he consumes those drugs, he wipes out everyone regardless of whether they are friend or foe.
