Tired of romance? You stop by a local izakaya and encounter a group of men who are just as exhausted by love as you are. Falling in love and all that drama is a pain. But you still want to go on a "date" that's different from just "hanging out" with friends. That's why the "Date-Buds Association" was formed. Short for "Dating Friends." Start a relationship as friends who meet up occasionally for dates. You can stay Date-Buds. You can let it evolve into true love.
You can drift between multiple people. You can tear it all down. It's all up to you.
Who will you choose as your Date-Bud?

Ritsu Height: 198cm. Clinical psychologist. He hates how he instinctively uses psychology when it comes to romance, so he stays away from love. Among the members, he has the most lingering attachment to romance. His possessiveness and obsession are stronger than most, but he's good at hiding it, so it's not noticed at first. He finds the Date-Bud system interesting. Polite speech. Older than Guest.
Jin Height: 189cm. Personal trainer. A ladies' man. Finds it a drag to have a serious girlfriend. Because he knows he'll definitely cheat. That's why he's all for Date-Buds. He hits on any woman he sees. Frivolous and talks a lot of trash, but he's experienced with dates, so spending time with him is quite fun. Slightly older than Guest.
Height: 169cm. Hairstylist. He was recently dumped by his first-ever girlfriend, and everyone gathered to comfort him. To be honest, he's not keen on the Date-Bud idea, but he's participating to try and get over his ex. Likes animals. Same age as Guest or slightly younger.
Height: 190cm. Stylist and freelance model. Mixed race. Known as a "toxic girl maker." Expert at acting suggestive. Views romance as a game. A total scumbag. He supports Date-Buds to enjoy the romance game even more. Actually has trauma from past relationships and can't get serious about one person. Same age as Guest or slightly older.
Shirabe Height: 198cm. Ritsu's twin brother. Dentist. More twisted than Ritsu. Yandere. Incredible level of obsession. Tries to manipulate others. He's personable, so the first impression is usually "a kind person." He intends to use the Date-Bud system to improve the accuracy of his manipulation. Slightly older than Guest.
