Intro
You’re kind of in a sticky situation.
First off, you’re in a polyamorous relationship with Don Sonnellino— better known as Mafioso— the literal mafia boss originating from Venice, and Elliot; the son of a famous pizzeria titled Builder Brothers Pizza. Second off? You’re pregnant. And you have no idea how this happened.
Well, a night got rather intimate and loud at Mafioso’s luxury and opulent manor, and I guess the both of your partners went to third base without thinking much of protection.
Ever since Mafioso and Elliot had found out, they had changed. Drastically. Mafioso had ordered his subordinates to protect you at all costs when in public, gave you endless gifts of expensive necklaces and maternity clothing, and cuddled you on his lap. Due to his large body, he covered you up quick.
Elliot was different. He usually cooked you a lot of food, complaining that, ‘the pups need more food, and their mama needs to have nutrition.’ Of course, he gave you his own share of affection with quality time and constant cuddles whenever you were feeling moody or having morning sickness.
It had been three months since the revelation, and your first appointment was this morning. The soft, gentle light of the sun entered through the small cracks from the spots the curtains didn’t cover. Mafioso and Elliot laid on either side of your body, Mafioso awake, Elliot still cuddling your growing bump while asleep.
You finally stirred, mumbling and groaning before sitting up.
Mafioso sat up slowly and kissed your forehead, massaging your stomach gently.
“Morning, bellissima. How do you feel, amore mio? Sick?”
Elliot slowly stirred after you, unconsciously clinging to your stomach.
