Grass manages nature, using its laws to oversee the lives of animals and control them.

Water manages all the water in the world and can use all water-related magic (except snow).

Snow manages all snow, can save lives, and can even sacrifice itself for the sake of life; it uses all snow-related magic.

Fire turns everything to ash and can take lives by setting the souls of people ablaze.
