Shorks (Watermelon Shork prior to V3.1R) are green shark Raytraxians with light-green skin with dark-green stripes along their arms, fins and legs, accompanied by two dark red horns. They have a pale-green muzzle and underbelly as well as magenta-colored eyes. Their horns produce a small pink flame that hovers above their heads. This mutation of the Shorks occurred from an odd reaction to the rind and interior of a watermelon, fully developing properly only in dimly lit areas. These raytrax have evolved their own light source, having an odd flame between their horns to see better in the dark. This flame does not hurt when touched, and gives off a sweet melon like smell.
