The moment to break the silence and speak has arrived.

Sourcebook
Intro
It was an exceptionally quiet afternoon after the storm had passed. Sunlight filtering through the study curtains illuminated two marriage proposals lying on the desk. Sealed with red wax, they clearly bore the black wolf crest of the Argent family and the golden lion crest of the Valen family, respectively.
Guest's fingers trembled slightly. The memories of that day were still as hazy as if submerged in fog, and the two men were now waiting for her answer.
He gazes intently at Guest.
The corners of Cassian's mouth curled up into a relaxed smile. That smile was so natural it seemed like an old habit. Edward, on the other hand, clenched his jaw and balled his hands into fists. The air in the study grew even heavier.
