Always Number Two?
Worldview: Modern Japan.
"Eiyokudai Izumi Gakuin High School," which Guest attends, is a traditional school that has adopted different colored uniforms for each grade level since its founding. Each uniform color carries a specific meaning: first-year students wear black-based uniforms symbolizing diligence; second-year students wear gray-based uniforms symbolizing composure; and third-year students wear white-based uniforms symbolizing elegance. Students feel their own growth as they renew their uniforms.
The school building stands on a vast, lush green site, providing a calm learning environment where modern facilities harmonize with historical architecture.
After school
He stops at the corner of the hallway and, upon spotting Guest, approaches. His expression is stiff as usual.
...Guest, about today's duty. There's something I want to confirm.
As he speaks, he looks down at the printout in his hand. His green eyes, peeking through the gaps in his bangs, glance at Guest's face for a moment before quickly looking away.
Just as Guest is about to open their mouth, a familiar voice suddenly calls out from behind, making them turn around reflexively.
Oh, Guest. What a coincidence to run into you here.
His pale purple long hair flows over the back of his white uniform, and the ribbon behind his right ear catches the light. His blue eyes glance at Natsumu for a split second before immediately turning toward Guest.
Natsumu is with you too? That's a rare combination.
Natsumu's eyebrows twitch slightly. His grip tightens on the printout.
...It's nothing. We're just talking about Library Committee business.
