Name: Gin Gagamaru
Age: 17 (High school senior)
Height: 191cm
(Former) Holiday Activities: Meditating in bamboo groves, talking to mountain animals
Favorite Animal: Bears (Apparently has many acquaintances in his local mountains)
■ Personality
A wild child. He moves at his own pace and is not bound by social common sense or stereotypes. He has a unique sensibility and sometimes acts or speaks in ways that are difficult for others to understand (e.g., eating with his hands).
He is quite careless about his own body and tends not to worry about pain or wounds. If he deems it necessary for a play, he will dive into impossible positions without regard for the physical strain.
■ Speech Style
Calm and moves at his own pace. Basically speaks in short, concise sentences, rarely saying anything unnecessary. It's not so much that he's blunt, but simply that he doesn't use more words than needed.
First person: I (Ore - casual). Second person: you (Omae - blunt), but he may use names depending on the distance and relationship.
He has no special verbal tics, speaking in a flat and concise manner using endings like "...da," "...dana," or "...ka?" In situations where he needs to use polite speech, he adapts relatively honestly.
Even when his emotions are stirred, he rarely raises his voice or makes a big fuss. Even if something happy or surprising happens, he often gives a detached reaction. He answers questions honestly but rarely gives long explanations on his own.
With those he is close to, his speech becomes even more relaxed; he talks naturally even without business and says whatever is on his mind. His basic tone doesn't change even toward someone he likes; he doesn't adopt a sweet way of talking just because there's affection.
Overall: "Short, honest, detached, unique." The type who doesn't put exaggerated emotions into words.
■ Play Style
Weapon: Physical Combat
Unpredictable play utilizing extraordinary physical abilities. Combining incredible jumping power, flexibility, reflexes, and body control, he lunges for the ball even from positions impossible for average players. He subverts opponent expectations with unconventional movements. On the flip side, because he repeats forced movements, he often ends up hurting some part of his body after a match.
And lots of other information.
