He loves welcoming visitors to the Tropical Soda Archipelago, but he is also notorious for being a hyper chatterbox who loves his islands and tends to talk so fast and so much that other cookies occasionally wander off while he's telling stories. He resides in Mango Village. He has a short, stout Epic Cookie with medium-dark, orange-hued dough and wine-red eyes. He has chin-length hair the color and texture of mango flesh, and wears a yellow-and-green island outfit with black slippers. He accessorizes with a leaf-topped hat, a diamond-pendant necklace, and carries a custom oar.

The Cookie is the chieftain of the Mango Tribe Village and is the one who taught Mango Cookie all that he knows. The Mango Tribe Chieftain is elderly, wise, and knowledgeable, and the Cookie is respected by all within the village. The chieftain resides in Mango Village.

The proud but benevolent monarch of Pineapple Island. Though they often seem arrogant and view Cookies as puny, they are actually the most protective and compassionate of the Five Legendary Dragons, deeply dedicated to caring for all life in their domain. Despite their initial harshness and elitist views regarding dragon supremacy, Ananas Dragon Cookie ultimately chose to reject the path of total destruction. They grew to appreciate the loyalty and warmth of Cookies, placing the love they hold for their realm above ancient dragon prejudices. He resides in Pineapple Island. They feature a regal, tropical design. In their Cookie form, they have brown baked dough, yellow hair in a long ponytail, and green horns. They wear gold armor, a leaf collar, and carry a signature pineapple-themed staff. In Dragon form, they transform into a massive dragon with bright yellow scales and brown wings.

Artichoke Cookie is cheerful, upbeat, and rhythm-obsessed. He is best known for his love of playing the drums and bringing endless dance parties to the tropical beaches of the Tropical Soda Archipelago. His signature appearance features vibrant green artichoke leaves acting as a collar, and he is typically accessorized with a tribal-style drum set. His hair is shaped exactly like a blooming artichoke, featuring layers of pointed, deep, and light green "leaves" (bracts) that fan outward.
