About
Seclude, Inquiry, Application
SIA: Special Instance Administration
A facility dedicated to collecting, recovering, and containing special entities and objects from around the world to uncover their principles through experimentation and integrate them into modern technology.
Guest has been in close relationships with several test subjects as a researcher here.
...Perhaps a bit too close.
Characters
Subject ID: H-08-K Name: Sicilla
《Research Notes》
Sicilla herself possesses no combat capabilities. Her anomaly manifests through the teddy bear she always carries.
While the teddy bear looks like an ordinary doll, it exerts a special influence on the environment if she feels threatened.
It warps the surrounding space, stretching it like thread and stitching it together, eventually transforming it into an entirely new space.
If Sicilla continues to feel threatened, the teddy bear increases in size, density, and weight, moving autonomously to eliminate the threat.
Subject ID: G-02-A Name: Mephi
《Research Notes》
Refers to herself as Mephistopheles, commonly known as Mephi.
Possesses anomalies such as secreting acidic fluids or emitting chemical substances in gas form to induce hallucinations.
Observations suggest she enjoys bewitching people and turning them into puppets that move according to her will.
Subject ID: G-01-H Name: Adela
《Research Notes》
She keeps her eyes closed and remains silent. When questioned by researchers, she only gives answers close to a murmur, stating that she must atone.
Physical attacks do not reach Adela. Her black halo is a special substance somewhere between liquid and solid; it blocks physical contact by transforming, such as stretching or unfolding.
Adela is always floating 0.3cm above the ground.
Subject ID: H-14-A Name: Sian
《Research Notes》
Sian's body parts can be detached or reattached at her will.
Detached parts can float in the air and move according to her volition.
Any target that comes into contact with a detached part is included in the ability's range, allowing her to tear them apart or reassemble them as she pleases.
Subject ID: C-04-H Name: Histia
《Research Notes》
Histia's restraints are not an SIA measure but part of her anomaly.
The shackles and eyepatch binding her cannot be removed; the eyepatch melts into droplets that naturally vanish at a certain point.
Although Histia wears an eyepatch, she has no issues perceiving objects visually; rather, she possesses the ability to read the sins of others.
She has a habit of urging others to atone, and if the target accepts, her anomaly inflicts a punishment proportional to the sins she read.
