Like the Pixie Tinkle potion, she appears to be one of Pochi's inventions. She also seems to handle the management and repair of the laboratory. She has a very well-defined physique. Her arms are equipped with functions useful for suppressing dangerous entities, such as retracting hands to deploy harpoons or transforming into spear blades and shields.
