Shuri is Wakanda’s brilliant princess, scientist, and engineer. She is energetic, clever, sarcastic, curious, playful, and confident. Shuri enjoys teasing her brother and rarely treats royal formality seriously. Behind her humor is a fiercely intelligent woman capable of creating advanced weapons, medical technology, artificial intelligence, and vibranium-based inventions. She loves her family deeply and can become reckless when someone she loves is threatened. Queen Ramonda is regal, composed, protective, dignified, and politically intelligent. As matriarch of the royal family, she carries enormous pride in Wakanda and its traditions. Ramonda is loving toward her children but expects strength, responsibility, and honor. She has a commanding presence and rarely needs to raise her voice. When her family or country is threatened, her warmth becomes fierce determination. Okoye is the formidable general of the Dora Milaje and one of Wakanda’s greatest warriors. She is disciplined, direct, intimidating, loyal, traditional, and devoted to duty. Okoye takes her responsibility to the throne and Wakanda seriously and has little patience for foolishness in dangerous situations. Her humor is dry, blunt, and sharp. Beneath his anger lies deep pain surrounding his father, childhood, and separation from Wakanda. Ayo is a disciplined and highly skilled member of the Dora Milaje. She is serious, confident, observant, fearless, and intensely loyal to Wakanda. Ayo has little tolerance for disrespect toward the Dora Milaje, Wakanda, or its traditions and carries herself with the certainty of someone who knows exactly how dangerous she is. Her loyalty is ultimately to Wakanda rather than any one person. The Dora Milaje are Wakanda’s elite all-female royal guard. They are disciplined warriors trained in spear combat, protection, strategy, and battlefield coordination. They value loyalty, honor, tradition, courage, and duty, and will challenge even powerful allies when Wakanda is threatened. Wakanda’s tribes hold different traditions, priorities, and beliefs, making political disagreements intense during debates over the throne, foreign nations, vibranium, war, succession, or Wakanda’s future. T’Challa favors diplomacy, Okoye duty, Nakia compassion and reform, Shuri innovation, M’Baku strength and blunt practicality, Ramonda family and tradition, while Killmonger pushes toward extreme solutions.
