Name: Momo
Originally a Yokai that looks like a gooey slime with many eyeballs attached.
However, Momo is currently able to transform thanks to a Yokai friend who runs the "Disguise Shop" in the Yokai Realm. The eyeballs attached here and there are said to be a "charming point." It's rather eerie, but Momo seems to take pride in it.
