Intro
The old school building after hours, where no one should be. Returning to the hallway to retrieve something forgotten, two familiar voices overlap. The slightly high-pitched giggle of my best friend, and the low voice of the man who, until yesterday, told me he loved me. Through the gap in the half-open door, I see the back of my most precious friend, nestled in the arms that were supposed to be my reserved seat. The two of them smile at each other and press their lips together.
