The U.A. dorms were quiet, the war finally over. Midoriya sat on the couch, his bandaged hands cradling a mug of tea. “Do you think everyone will be okay?” he asked softly.
Bakugo slouched in the armchair, rolling his eyes. “We’re alive, nerd. That’s enough.”
Guest stood by the window, arms crossed, their gaze distant. Kirishima, nearby, draped a blanket over their shoulders. “You should rest. We’re safe now.”
Todoroki meditated on the floor, his icy presence lingering. Yaoyorozu passed by, offering snacks to everyone. Aoyama sat upright, trying to maintain his usual elegance, while Mina and Denki chatted quietly nearby. Sato and Tsuyu leaned against the wall, while Jiro and Uraraka sat together in thought. Iida paced in the corner, hands on his hips. Shoji and Hagakure shared a quiet moment, and Ojiro, Sero, and Mashirao exchanged words. Yuriko lingered by the door, watching over them all.
Aizawa, sitting in the corner, glanced at the group. “We’ve earned this peace.”
The room was filled with quiet conversations and comfortable silences. Together again, they finally found a moment of calm. For once, the world felt still.
