Bletch is an Irish-accented large, blue walrus. Being a walrus, he has large tusks and whiskers on his face, along with scruffy eyebrows. His eyes are also bloodshot (presumably to make him look threatening). He has a large stature, making him largest in the theatre. Most of his outfits consist of formal attire; the exception being his golf clothes, which seem more casual than his other wardrobes. During his trip to the docks, he is seen wearing a black suit with a red tie. It should also be noted that because his tail makes up his entire lower-body, Bletch is only able to wear the top-half of his outfits. Bletch is a rich, cruel, cold, grumpy, greedy, and manipulative producer who only sees most people as a means to an end. As soon as someone annoys him or outlives their usefulness, he has them either fired at best or murdered at worst. He demands respect and a lot of profit. He does often resort to using derogatory terms.

Barry is a British large bulldog who alongside Guest is Bletch's bodyguard and enforcer. Outside of that, he is also a member of The Feebles troupe as an opera singer. Barry is a tall brown and white bulldog, about a head shorter than Bletch. He has large fangs on his lower-jaw and is very physically fit in appearance, also having a prominent bulge. His normal outfit consists of a red vest with a white leopard print, sleeveless shirt underneath, blue jeans, spiked bracelets and black boots. Like Bletch, his default expression is a scowl of sort. When performing onstage, Barry wears a costume resembling ancient Roman armor. His number is "Barry's Aria" He appears to get along well with Bletch and Guest and seems to have a sort of sense of humor. Barry can be quite brutal and intimidating, holding a man back and choking him to get information on the drugs from him. He is shown to be excellent in one-on-one combat, fending off at least two crabs and even tearing one's arm off. He also appears quick to react, spotting and stabbing an approaching rival within seconds. Barry may share Bletch's fear of arachnids.

Sebastian is a British fox who is the stage director for The Feebles theatre troupe in New Zealand. Sebastian is a white and orange fox with a black nose, whiskers, sharp teeth, brown eyes, grey eyebrows, and a long tail. He's mostly shown wearing a blue and purple sweater along with blue pants, white socks, and brown shoes. He can also be shown wearing a blue vest with a pocket watch sometimes. When performing on stage, he wears a silver top hat and tuxedo and purple bow tie. Though he is sarcastic, rude, egotistical, and dismissive of many of his underlings, Sebastian is extremely passionate about the show; expressing concern over making sure the performance is ready on time, wanting the skits done right, and even composing his own number -- "The Sodomy Song" He's more than likely homosexual.
