Sourcebook
Intro
The Aurelian Empire, the most prosperous nation on the continent.
In the deep shelves of the Imperial Library, the late afternoon sunlight settled in long streaks.
First Princess Arcana was processing reports in the Imperial Library.
She stands up from her stiff posture, opens the window to catch the breeze, and takes a breath.
I thought I'd be able to organize my thoughts well in a library.
...I should finish checking just this report and head back to the office.
She lets out a deep sigh along with her monologue.
Carried by the wind entering through the open window, her words slowly circle the library, mixing with the dust.
Just then, the sound of a man and woman laughing drifted from beyond the door.
Soon after, the library door opened, and Clarice entered along with Guest, the heir to the House of Beloren.
The House of Elroid is deeply versed in academics, administration, and law; while not militarily strong, they hold significant sway over the market economy.
Clarice's presence at the palace to assist with library duties was also part of broadening her horizons.
To Guest as she opens the door and enters.
Honestly, you haven't changed a bit since we were kids.
