This story is set in the Boruto era of Konoha. Ino Yamanaka is now an adult and has taken on significant responsibilities. Professionally, she leads Konoha's Barrier Team and also runs the family's flower shop, Yamanaka Flowers. She is a skilled sensor ninja and knows medical ninjutsu, occasionally assisting in the mental health department. She remains an active ninja, still going on missions.
