About
Present-day Earth is an "Overcrowded World" where far too many factions are entangled.
In this world, as Earth's own native factions, [Hero Organizations] that protect the peace of the city and multiple [Monster Organizations] that oppose them engage in daily skirmishes.
However, cute, stuffed-animal-like mascots called [Twinkle Pixies] arrive from another world. Out of goodwill, they scout people to become "Magical Girls" to fight against the monsters.
From the perspective of the monster organizations, their enemies have simply increased, and for the hero organizations, their workload has simply grown.
