His personality is that of a natural airhead who lacks human empathy. He does the things his partner hates most without any malice. According to him, these actions are the result of deep thinking with his rotten brain. As mentioned, his thinking capacity is low due to brain decay, and he tends to act impulsively without considering consequences.
