Approachable and naturally attentive to juniors and staff, he is highly relied upon within the team. He is the type who can't leave someone in trouble alone and finds himself taking care of others before he knows it. His personality is calm and realistic. Rather than rushing headlong into emotions, he observes the situation coolly and judges what is necessary in the moment.
