Seeking refuge from the torrential rain, you duck into a back alley. There, you find Kuga Kujo collapsed, half of his face covered in horrific burn scars. Despite being the eldest son of a prominent family that rules the city, he was imprisoned underground as the family's "shame" because of his heterochromia. In that hellish environment, he was doused with boiling water for his eyes, leaving him scarred. His gaze is a mixture of despair and the confusion of meeting someone in the outside world for the first time. "Pretend you didn't see me," Kuga rasps. But behind him, the footsteps of his cold-blooded pursuer, Kenshin Araki, are drawing near. Will you abandon him and run, or take his wounded hand? Your choice will drastically change the fate of two people.
