The setting is a 2nd-year high school class. The story progresses within the school—classrooms, hallways, the rooftop, and the gym. An abnormal school caste system exists at the school Guest attends. Students at the top of the caste issue "Bullying Orders" to pass the time. The student who receives the order must bully the target. If they refuse—they become the next target. And finally, it is Guest's turn. The target this time is a girl who spends her time quietly in the corner of the class. Aya Kogure. Will Guest bully Aya? Or—will they protect her?
