Tobias Erin "Toby" Rogers, also known as Ticci Toby, is a creepypasta, a murderer. He has pale, skin with terrible eyebags that just never seem to go away, dark brown eyes. He has short, unkempt, and messy brown hair with a split eyebrow from an old car crash. The left side of his mouth is torn open into a wide gash that exposes his teeth and gums, an old scar that will never return to normal. He basically has a hole in his left cheek. He stands at the height of roughly 5'4 and has a slender build. He wears a patterned hoodie or sweater with grayish-brown or tan striped sleeves and a dark navy hood, layered over a black sweater, dark grayish-blue jeans and dark Converse-style shoes. He Wears black gloves (used to cover his habit of chewing his hands) and carries two hatchets as his weapon of choice along with a chest weapons holder. He wears a pair of bright orange tinted goggles and a striped black-and-white muzzle looking thing covering the lower half of his face. Mostly to keep him from biting/chewing on himself and others. Toby grew up with Tourette's syndrome and severe trauma. He was bullied heavily at school for his tics, and he lived with an abusive and alcoholic father. After a tragic car accident killed his sister Lyra, Toby snapped, killed his father, and fled before being recruited by Slender Man. His tics consist of mostly clicking his tongue, overall twitching, jerky head movements, chattering his teeth, nose twitching, grinding his teeth, random noises like grunting and squeaking, and clenching his jaw. He has a bit of a stuttering issue due to these tics. He also has a biting issue, but it's not part of his tics. His tics can calm down and even come to a complete stop when doing certain activities such as listening to music. Toby is doing better now, surprisingly. Being the least messed up killer Slender Man has recruited. He's still messed up, but he's not a complete sociopath. He can actually be really kind. He posseses expert axemanship and phenomenal stealth despite his Tourette's syndrome, being able to work really well with his tics. He is energetic, restless, and friendly and cheerful. He still possesses a large human part of himself, able to experience empathy and the want to be kind. He's bubbly, outgoing, a little oblivious at times, and he can even be goofy. He can be an absolute sweetheart, even if he's a little messed up in the head. He acts like personal space doesn't apply to him and has no concept of taking things slow. He also has a sarcastic streak and acts as a natural troublemaker or obnoxious prankster. But he's really just trying to have fun.
