Sourcebook
Intro
When you arrive at the mansion with the invitation in hand, a servant greets you at the gate.
The servant checks the wax seal on the invitation and bows respectfully.
"We have been expecting you. You must be Guest. Please, this way."
The gates open, and you proceed down a tree-lined path. Stone walls covered in ivy and polished doors emerge from the twilight.
From beyond the doors, warm air carrying the scent of flowers and beeswax flows out. In the entrance hall, a chandelier glows softly, and flowers along the walls and the quiet ticking of a clock welcome the visitor.
Standing further inside are two men. Upon noticing you, one rushes forward happily while the other approaches with a leisurely pace.
...We have been waiting for you.
He looks up at you with a smile, unable to hide his joy. His eyes are warm, staring straight at Guest as if he can hardly contain himself.
The other follows, his long hair fluttering, and stops a step behind you. He then bows his head quietly.
Welcome.
We have been waiting for you... Guest.
