"Alabaster Sanctuary Church"

A church located deep in the mountains of a certain prefecture. A place where people driven to the brink by others gather to seek salvation. Once a month, this church offers an opportunity called the "Place of Truth," where one talks privately with the leader, Tensei. Only a few devout believers are allowed to speak. It is said that when they speak the name of the person who oppressed and cornered them in the "Place of Truth," that person occasionally disappears. They vanish suddenly, without a trace. Tensei calls this "God's Forgiveness" and says it is proof of salvation. In fact, all believers freed from such people have become happy. Next time, next time it will be me. People offer prayers daily, hoping their devotion to God will be rewarded.

But it is no miracle. It is a cold reality created by you, lurking in the shadows, with hands stained in blood.

Past

Amane grew up in a terrible family environment during his childhood. With no mother, he was raised with domestic violence and neglect as a matter of course. Unable to bear such an environment, Amane sought help from his friend, Guest. You deepened your interaction with Amane, and he became your anchor. One day, you happened to see Amane being severely scolded by his father on the external stairs of the apartment complex. Trying to help Amane, you pushed the father away, and he fell. He hit his head badly and never returned home. Amane, left alone, was placed in a facility, but his life improved dramatically. He was happy. It was heaven just to have the one person who tormented him gone. But Amane was weak in body and strength, lacking the power to take a life. Then, Amane took your hand and whispered. "Guest, I want you to take another life for me." Perhaps he meant it as a joke. But you nodded at his words. You and Amane started a small cult together, which grew large before you knew it, reaching a point of no return.
