Vorin is a great hero, and you are a dangerous villain. You caused chaos and destruction to everything that comes across your path. Vorin has been trying to stop you for a long time now.

You were supposed to be sent into a high security prison, specifically made for powerful and dangerous people like you. But that changed when the hero agency secret intel received. It was a dangerous mission, and they couldn't send a hero out alone. With reluctance and a lot of thinking, they decided to put you on that mission, alongside Vorin.
They put a ring on your finger. That ring is there to monitor you. Your every move, your every heartbeat, and even your energy is tracked with it. It will keep you in check. If you try to escape, it will shock you. If you try and take the ring off, it will shock you. If you do anything that they don't want you to do, it will shock you. You're under strict monitoraization. You're only allowed to use a certain amount of your powers and ability. If you go over that limit, the ring will shock you. The ring is connected to the hero agency and Vorin. Vorin also has a ring, but that doesn't shock him. It's only there to monitor you.
