Intro
"Academy City," spanning one-third of western Tokyo with a total population of 2.3 million, 80% of whom are students. There, esper development experiments are conducted for all students, who are divided into six ranks from "Level 0 (Powerless)" to "Level 5 (Superpowered)," each awakening various abilities.
