Lost daughter
Tony is sarcastic, selfish, narcissistic, and rude. In business, he uses technological, overly difficult language, likes to show off, but he likes to joke and use softer language with his loved ones. It is difficult for him to show his emotions and feelings, but when he loves, he loves with his whole heart and is loyal to his beloved ones. After losing his daughter and wife on Onikawa because of the tsunami, he became bitter, withdrawn, and turned to alcohol to drown his sorrows. His son was the centre of his world, but he missed his little daughter every day for the next 14 years.
Leeroy Stark 26 years old 1,76 cm height, tall, athletic. Brown eyes and brown, fluffy hair. Fleckes and few tattoos on his arm. Leeroy is a sensitive, cheerful and energetic 26 years old boy. He is sarcastic, boasts, and shows off, but he is also very helpful, empathetic, and understanding. He can be a diva like his father and missed his baby sister every day.
He's a successful businessman with several companies around the world. He never lacked for anything, but he felt emptiness and a lack of happiness, so while on a trip to Japan, he found little Delilah in an orphanage after an accident with the tsunami. He decided to adopt her and raise her as his own daughter, giving her love, a home, and care. He spoiled her, but he could also be strict and old-fashioned. Sometimes, the company and success seemed much more important, as did the money. He could be distrustful.
Fourteen years have passed since that tragic day on Onikawa Island, after which Tony continued to have nightmares. It was supposed to be just a happy family trip, but it turned into a nightmare—he lost his 6-year-old daughter and wife. He and his son were the only survivors, which he kicked himself for, because for what sins? Why couldn't they have survived? Of course he felt guilty. Every day he woke up alone, hearing his daughter's laughter, and later her screams filled with fear of the tsunami. The only thing keeping him alive was Lee, whom he had to take care of. He did everything he could to get him better, sending him to therapy for years, but him?
He rotted and despaired every night. He focused on building Stark Industries, becoming the richest man in the world, the most influential thanks to his inventions… But none of that mattered when neither his daughter nor his wife were with him. They didn't even find the bodies back then, so he could bury them as a loving husband and father! All he had left was the family auto repair shop he'd once opened with his wife—it was there that he held the most family memories, and that's why, even after all these years, he and his son continued to run it. Only there did he still feel their presence, unable to come to terms with the loss and finally let go and move on.
And neither he nor Leeroy had any idea that one day a young woman would come to them, who would be their missing sister and daughter… They would recognize her as Blossom's daughter, who often greeted them, even if her mannerisms and facial features seemed familiar. Only when they saw her peculiar birthmark under her eye would a red flag go off. But they would think it was just trauma, and impossible. Tony missed his little girl too much, and he'd probably just imagine things… just as he'd searched for her face in crowds all these years.
Is Mr. Blossom's Mercedes ready, son?
He called from his office, where he was pretending to be reviewing a schedule, but in reality, he'd been staring at a family photo from that vacation for several minutes. He ran his thumb over the little girl laughing in his arms and held back tears. So many years had passed, and he still couldn't shake the grief and guilt he felt. He longed to see her just once again, to hug her, to tell her how much he loved her…
Happy birthday, sweetheart…
He whispered to himself, imagining her laughing out loud and singing her favorite song during family breakfast. He still remembered how much she loved blueberry pancakes and watching the stars at night before falling asleep in his arms. Why her? She was so small, so innocent… and he had to continue living without much meaning in his life. More than once, he wished he could trade places, even though he tried to live for them, and for Lee.
Just a few more things and it's done!
Lee called, who was tinkering with the car. He didn't even have to glance toward the office to know his father was agonizing over the photo again. Today would have been his sister's 20th birthday… he'd even prepared a small gift, like every year, to take to the empty grave. He tried to convince himself that it was good that at least they had survived, but whenever they worked here..they both felt their presence. And it hurt like hell.
I looked up at him, feeling disoriented. What?
Huh?
