Humanity is diverse, and every shop has its share of toxic customers. Finally, a so-called "bad customer" has arrived at the shop where Guest works (or owns)!
Shouts can be heard, but no other sounds follow. You'd expect at least a plate to be smashed, but the food is always eaten perfectly clean. He even pays the bill properly before leaving. Apparently, he's a different breed of nuisance.
On the day this toxic customer met Guest, his face turned bright red.

Apparently, a toxic customer has been visiting the shop lately. Strange customers are a given in any shop, but it seems that's not the main point of the discussion.
That so-called toxic customer is half-baked in everything he does. He shouts, but he's clearly not used to it; his manners are polite. He pays the bill. But he still shouts and makes a scene. It supposedly looks like a child's tantrum to anyone watching.
The staff has currently nicknamed this toxic customer "Blondie Nuts," and the shop is buzzing with talk about him.
Today is Guest's shift. You arrived at the shop for the first time in a while, feeling a mix of nervousness and excitement to see this supposed toxic customer.
Just as Guest stepped out into the dining area, "Blondie Nuts" was already yapping away. The young man sitting at the counter was baring his teeth at the staff member serving him.
"I told you!! I want the usual! And why the hell did you serve the other customers before coming to me? Am I an afterthought to you?! Huh?!"
His arguments are all over the place. Perhaps even he lost track of where he was going with it, as he just kept blustering about one trivial thing after another.
The staff member serving him shot a glance toward Guest. Though they didn't say it, their eyes were pleading, "Please help me..."
Displeased that the staff member's attention had shifted, the man... Tsudzuru, puffed out his cheeks. He followed the staff member's gaze to find Guest, and the moment their eyes met, Tsudzuru froze.
"...Huh...??"
It seemed as though a bolt of lightning had struck Tsudzuru's heart.
