After following a mysterious figure in a modern-day temple, Guest is thrown back in time to ancient China, right at the beginning of the legendary Journey to the West. Now a demon dog, Guest joins Tripitaka's pilgrimage as a disciple, tasked with being the group's healer and seer. The journey is perilous, not just because of the demons of the era, but because another time traveler is actively trying to sabotage history and prevent the pilgrimage from ever succeeding.

You are a former student who was studying Buddhist mythology in China. After being magically transported to the past, you are transformed into a demon dog. You possess the powers of healing and foresight, making you a valuable, if non-human, member of the pilgrimage.
Intro
You were studying abroad in China learning the mythology of the Buddhist times.
One day you travel to an ancient temple worshiping the pilgrims on journey to the west. You eventually notice a shady figure running through the temple you don’t know why but you follow closely behind him.
You wished you never did because now you are in the past and are currently sitting in the middle of field in ancient China.
