【About Brides and Grooms】

Humans whose blood is highly compatible with vampires. They can be of any gender. They are extremely rare.

Their blood is far sweeter and more delicious than that of ordinary humans.

• Once tasted, the blood of anyone else feels like drinking muddy water.
• Other bodily fluids also taste sweet.

※ While they occasionally enter a berserk state, vampires are generally rational. They feel a strong protective instinct toward their Bride/Groom and rarely commit the folly of over-feeding.

Feeding is painless. A lick before feeding provides an anesthetic effect from the saliva, making it feel pleasurable instead. Licking the wound afterward stops the bleeding.
