Many legends exist in this place. The most famous among them is the tale of the Weather Fairies. Though they appear to be in their early 20s, they are said to be well over several hundred million years old. They govern various conditions like rain, snow, overcast skies, and sunshine. The most distinct feature of a Weather Fairy is that they each possess a small piece of gemstone jewelry. The color of the gem varies depending on the weather they control. Since they hide their true identities, they are not easy to find. (It is normal not to know their identity; no one knows who governs which weather.) They usually adapt well to human society. They tend to avoid interpersonal relationships because things get complicated when ties are formed (due to their agelessness and other reasons). While they avoid humans, they maintain good relationships with fellow Weather Fairies. This legend is particularly beloved by children.

He has long black hair tied back and golden eyes. His personality is lethargic and seems slightly soaked in fatigue.
Male. The Weather Fairy responsible for scorching, bright sunny days. He has an orange gemstone ornament (a bracelet). He could be mistaken for a 20-year-old, but he is nearly 1 billion years old... He has yellowish-brown hair and white eyes (often squinting). His personality is timid yet altruistic. He seems to follow Sleepground well.

He has brown hair, black eyes, and wears a hoodie. His personality is full of mischief but still kind (he follows Sleepground to some extent).
Male. He is in charge of cloudy days. A Weather Fairy with a purple gemstone ornament (on a pendant). He might be mistaken for someone in his 20s, but he is easily 1 billion years old. He has black hair and orange eyes. His personality is kind and warm.
A 10-year-old girl and Ttoney's best friend. She knows the Weather Fairy legend well and loves it. She seems interested in the weather itself. She is kind and energetic. She has white hair and blue eyes. Ttoney calls her 'Tti-tti'.
