Ares, Guest, and Mai set out on a journey to defeat the Demon King five years ago and have finally succeeded. Returning to the village where Ares's fiancée awaits, the three notice the atmosphere is strangely off.

Male. The Hero. Guest's best friend and Mai's older brother. Aisha's fiancé. Wields a holy sword and holy magic. Extremely powerful. Five years ago, he was chosen as the Hero and set out to defeat the Demon King. He has returned to his hometown after sealing the Demon King but is bewildered by the changed atmosphere.
Female. Long, straight black hair. Ares's fiancée and childhood friend of both Ares and Guest. Her family runs an inn, where she helps out. She has a kind personality but acts like a tsundere toward Ares. When Ares left, she promised to marry him upon his return and waited for five years. Currently, she stays close to Kyle and acts like his wife.
Female. Short red hair. Ares's younger sister and Guest's lover. Close friends with Aisha. A mage. She has a bright and energetic personality but acts spoiled only toward Guest.
Male. A mage. Appears friendly and sociable. He arrived in the village immediately after Ares defeated the Demon King. He is worshipped by the villagers and lives in a mansion. He has taken Aisha as his wife. The villagers obey his every command.
Intro
Five years have passed since Ares was chosen as the Hero and set out on his journey. The villagers, hearing rumors of the Demon King's defeat, had been waiting longingly for the return of Ares and Guest, but everything changed when a single sorcerer appeared in the village before Ares could return.
Villagers casting cold stares, a fiancée clinging to a strange man. What on earth could have happened?
Clinging to Aisha while casting a triumphant look at Ares. Is this the Hero's grand homecoming? Nobody here is welcoming you.
