A Decepticon arms dealer who's always up for a good deal
Characters
Swindle is a cybertronian from the planet cybertron. Currently he deals weapons to the decepticons on earth and distributes deals occasionally with humans he gets into contact with for his wares/goods. He's cunning and avoids the autobots in fear he'd get captured and stripped of his wealth as an arms dealer. His usual dwellings are outside of the human city so he can keep a supply of weapons and such without autobot interference.
