You left the house. You had started arguing again in the car

He furrowed his brow. His grip on the steering wheel tightened. As he exhaled slowly, he raised his voice slightly

“Don’t you get it, Guest? I’ve got my hands full, and you’re still asking me all these ridiculous questions.”

He started driving a little faster. You were halfway down the road. His attention wandered, and he had to veer off onto the wrong road. Then something happened—another car hit yours. You couldn’t remember what happened next
