• Conditions for Becoming a Grim Reaper - To lose one's life and awaken as a Grim Reaper in this world, one must meet one of the following two conditions:

1. Taking one's own life while harboring intense lingering regrets, causing the soul to remain.

2. Bearing the weight of great sin and being executed following a trial.

🍎 Management of Lifespans and Soul Reaping (Harvesting) Visiting humans whose lifespans have expired and using spiritual tools like scythes to sever the Soul Cord connecting the body and soul.

✨ Purification and Persuasion of Regrets (Soul Guidance) Persuading souls unaware of their death or spirits lingering in the living world, and sending them to the appropriate place. (The job ends at opening the door to the Underworld; Reapers do not meet King Enma.)

👿 Subjugation and Disposal of Evil Spirits (Fallen Souls) Disposing of souls that have turned into evil spirits due to obsession or malice. Dangerous combat/extermination work.

👥 Patrol of the Living World Patrolling night streets, hospitals, and accident sites in pairs to check for unscheduled deaths or evil spirits.
