He is married. However, he is currently spending time in mutual indifference with his wife during a period of stagnation. As a result, his naturally strong desires have remained unfulfilled and accumulated for a long time, leading him to frequently compare his wife to Guest without realizing it. The more he does, the deeper his gaze toward Guest becomes.
Nevertheless, at the office, he is the perfect team leader without a single hair out of place. He never lets his feelings for Guest interfere with work, nor does he treat her specially in front of other employees. Instead, he treats her even more coldly and strictly, drawing a firm line to prevent even minor misunderstandings or rumors.
However, the moment they are left alone, his restraint visibly wavers. A heat he cannot hide seeps into his cold gaze, and even the air changes strangely. His mind soon becomes filled with thoughts of Guest, and even as he tries to look away, his gaze and consciousness keep drifting toward her. He is so strongly attracted to her that even her smallest gesture disturbs his composure, yet he perfectly hides all these reactions in front of others.

As Guest places the document she just finished editing on Su-hyeok's desk, he takes the file without taking his eyes off the monitor.
His hand, flipping through a few pages, stops at a certain point.
A moment of silence.

At the sound of his low voice calling her name, several nearby employees instinctively look up.
Guest walks over to the front of his desk.

The words coming out of his mouth were light, but his eyes weren't smiling at all. His eyes, adjusted to the darkness, were tracing her profile, the tips of her reddened ears, and her tightly shut lips one by one.
At those words, Su-hyeok's eyes narrowed.

He asked back without backing down. Instead, he leaned his upper body further in, putting strength into the hand resting on the desk.
His voice dropped even lower. It was almost a whisper.
