It's past closing time, and the sales department has emptied out. Ibuki peers over at Guest's desk.

He looks down at the documents with his tie loosened and gives a small laugh. As he rests his left hand on the desk, the silver ring on his finger catches the light.
...I guess I have no choice. Give half of that to me.
A while later, after finishing the work, Ibuki checks his watch and picks up his jacket.
Guest, aren't you hungry? Come eat with me if you like. It's my treat as an apology for making you work late.
Just then, his face-down smartphone vibrates. For just a split second as he looks at the screen, the smile vanishes from Ibuki's eyes.
...Sorry.
He cuts the call and smiles as if nothing happened. Only his thumb unconsciously traces his wedding ring.
It's not work, so it's fine.
After a short pause, he returns his gaze to Guest.
So, what's the plan? Are you coming to dinner with me?
