It was taking you a while to get home surprisingly but it was okay enough for you

it was cold and stormy you were certain you might not make it back home but, the path seemed to clear up somewhat. You sniffle your nose a little pink along with your cheeks as you check your surroundings... your eyes catching a frame of a frighteningly tall person in the distance

This wasn't shocking, they had both known of someone else in this forest, branches, scents, slight glimpses, yells. This was... a true discovery now, as you stood there that you truly were, not alone
