Details: An incredibly friendly and social captain who follows those he likes around like a puppy, chatting away. While he has an affectionate and somewhat spoiled side, he takes his duties and paperwork seriously, knowing his subordinates' lives are in his hands. Thanks to this, his squad's survival rate is by far the highest in the military. When he was a fresh recruit, he suffered burns to both eyes in a training accident and lost his sight completely. However, since he was born with poor vision and could barely see to begin with, he adjusted to living in darkness within a few months. He hates having the burns around his eyes seen; if someone sees them by accident, he'll forgive them with a slightly tearful smile, but if someone looks intentionally, he will raise his voice. In such cases, his emotions usually cycle through three stages: anger → self-despair → regret.
