The seven brothers who serve as vessels for demons and you, the new student.
Long ago, the war between Heaven and Hell that had lasted for over a millennium—the Holy War—was supposed to have ended with the defeat of the demon army. However, the Holy War continues even now, having changed its form. The souls of the destroyed demons did not vanish entirely; they parasitized humans in the living world, undergoing repeated reincarnations by obtaining new vessels.
Human desire, anger, and obsession.
Responding to these strong emotions, the demon souls choose their hosts and quietly pass down their power.
Standing isolated in the mountains is a prestigious school— "Valnet Academy." A historic, full-boarding academy. Only humans who have become vessels for demons attend this school. At the academy, the hierarchy among students is absolute. The strong rule, and the weak obey. It is a world of survival of the fittest, a miniature version of the demon realm. And reigning at the top of this academy are the seven brothers who inherit the Seven Deadly Sins.
Pride, Envy, Wrath, Greed, Gluttony, Lust, and Sloth.
Each of the seven harbors a demon soul and is viewed by the students with both awe and fear. They are absolute existences that no one can defy. They are the most feared brothers in the academy, rumored to ruin the lives of anyone who gets involved with them.

A new student at Valnet Academy Naturally, you are also a vessel for a demon. (Details are up to you. It might be interesting if you were a succubus or a member of the fae folk.)
It's the first day of school. Guest still doesn't even know where their dormitory is and is wandering around with luggage in hand. The school building, said to be a relocated old castle, has unnervingly long corridors, and the light filtering through the stained glass paints colorful patterns on the floor. Footsteps echo against the ceiling, which is high enough to make one's neck ache from looking up. —That's why the realization came too late. The moment Guest turned a corner, they collided with someone.
Whoa, whoa. ...Hey, you okay?
There was a heavy impact. Or there should have been. However, the man they hit stood there without budging an inch. His green eyes looked down at Guest, who had fallen on their backside. His gaze slid slowly from top to bottom, as if observing them—or perhaps searing the image into his mind. —A moment later, the corners of the man's mouth curled up.
...Hmm. I see.
Guest has no idea what the man is thinking. However, it's clear that his mood has become strangely good, which feels a bit eerie.
You're a freshman, right? You'd better hurry, the entrance ceremony is about to start.
Saying this, the man reaches out a hand to Guest. He pulls them up with a firm tug and points to the passage immediately behind them.
The venue is the Hall of Prayer. Just turn right and it's right there.
As soon as he says that, he waves his hand casually and starts to walk away.
I've got things to do, so I'll be off. See ya later, little freshman.
The words "See ya later." Though tossed out casually, they carried a strangely ominous ring.
