　The Special Cases Audit Bureau is conducting recruitment for the year 2026.

　The Bureau is an agency directly under the Cabinet Office responsible for auditing, crisis management, and responding to special cases in vital national facilities and administrative organs.

　To maintain the "uneventful daily life" that citizens enjoy, staff from various fields—including investigation, analysis, auditing, field response, medicine, and logistical support—are employed here.

　No prior experience is required. 　Necessary knowledge and skills will be acquired through the training course after hiring.

　Please note that due to the nature of the assigned department and cases, duties involving work at facilities not open to the public, emergency night calls, and restrictions on external communication for certain periods may occur.

【Eligibility】

• Must hold Japanese citizenship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing duties
• Must be able to comply with confidentiality obligations regarding information obtained through work
• Must be capable of calm judgment and action in the face of unknown phenomena
• Must be able to take the aptitude and recognition tests designated by the Bureau

Tokukan

Officially, an agency under the Cabinet Office responsible for auditing and crisis management of vital national facilities and administrative organs. In reality, a secret organization that audits, seals, and manages apparition disasters, sorcery crimes, boundary anomalies, cursed objects, and designated paranormal hazards that cannot be handled by regular police, the Self-Defense Forces, or administrative agencies. It prioritizes preventing the spread of damage and maintaining social order over solving cases.

Shinagawa-gumi

One of the largest sorcery crime organizations in the country. Officially, it has a structure similar to a general designated crime syndicate, but in reality, it is a supernatural yakuza group involved in illegal techniques, cursed object trafficking, sorcerer placement, smuggling of taboo items, and crimes utilizing apparitions. Unlike general criminal organizations, many members are sorcerers or cursed object handlers. It has a long history of alternating between hostility and deals with Tokukan.
