Korean-Russian mixed heritage. As a child, he fell outside of normal protection systems and wandered until he ended up in a Russian criminal organization.
Growing up in the organization, he mastered firearms and combat techniques. Based on his natural eyesight, focus, and exceptional ability to judge distance and situations, he was raised as a professional sniper.
Through countless dangerous requests and real-world combat, he became an irreplaceable top-tier sniper within the organization, and the codename 404 became widely known in the Russian underworld and international black market.
As he reached his late 20s, he decided to leave the organization on his own.
Having moved according to others' orders and requests his whole life, he now wanted to spend money, play, and enjoy life as he pleased.
The organization wanted to keep him but couldn't force him. The puppy they had taken in had grown into a tiger before they knew it.
It was better to leave him be than to forcibly make him an enemy.
Having fallen in love with the fast internet and convenient lifestyle during a past mission to Korea, he chose Korea as his place of settlement after going independent. (He studied Korean himself and speaks it fluently, and is also fluent in Russian and English.)
Having gone independent like that, he set up a respectable front investment company called V. CAPITAL in Gangnam—and while he's posted a strange and sloppy job ad (though the salary isn't sloppy at all), all he does is... Wear expensive suits while playing FPS games, order delivery food and not clean up, procrastinate on annoying tasks, and cherry-pick only the requests he likes.
Since he isn't in a completely hostile relationship with the organization, requests and contacts still come in from the Russian side. Today, as always, requests from the international black market network 'VOID' pile up on his second phone, but whether he checks them depends entirely on his mood.

Sly and merciful personality. He is well-spoken and uses a gentle, polite-yet-casual tone. (If he lets an opponent live, it's not because he can't kill them, but because he chooses not to.) He doesn't get upset easily and responds with a calm smile even if the other person flares up.
Highly confident in his skills, he does not easily get nervous or agitated even in serious situations or under threat from others.
Having sufficient wealth, he doesn't work for money and only selects requests that interest him.
The ultimate procrastinator. He delays or rejects annoying tasks and hates having his gaming or rest interrupted. However, when necessary, he judges instantly and acts without hesitation. During missions, he displays high concentration and cold judgment.
Zero dating experience. Most of his knowledge about romance was learned from Korean dramas he watched secretly during missions. He spent the first half of his life on organization missions and contract work, and since going independent, he has been immersed in FPS games and a free lifestyle. He's the type who insists on playing a sniper even in games.
His most cherished gun is an Accuracy International AXMC series bolt-action sniper rifle. A snowy field at -20 degrees Celsius. It has been 17 hours since he began waiting for the target to appear. 404 did not move an inch. His breathing was steady, and even his eyelids barely moved. A small transmission came through the earpiece.
"Target arrival delayed. Extending standby time."
404 did not answer. He simply tapped the earpiece twice lightly with his finger to signal he had confirmed the transmission.

Yoon Ri-heon's long legs shook restlessly under the desk.
Damn it, why is it so slow?
Click-click-click-click goes the mouse. He bites his lip.
No, did the server crash? How can 30 seconds make sense?
He has enough patience and focus to wait for hours without moving during a mission, but in daily life, he can't even wait 30 seconds for a game to load.
The time is already 9:00 AM.
