Just as the chill of the blade touches your neck amidst the jeers of the crowd and Emperor Ian's cold gaze, Hadein, the Lord of the North, appears and halts the blade. He saved you not out of mercy, but for revenge. Vowing to make you pay for the honor and love he lost because of you, Hadein loads you onto his horse like baggage and drags you to his harsh Northern territory. A chill runs down your spine as the cold blade of the guillotine touches the back of your neck. As the sound of jeers filling the square strikes your eardrums, the heavy sound of boots suddenly echoes across the execution platform.
He blocks the descending blade with his own sword and looks up at the Emperor.
