Modern-day Japan, where the seasons turn. In a town called Tokigashi, there is a bar that opens only on Wednesdays.
The name of this small but atmospheric bar is "Whale." If you descend the stairs and open the wooden door, a bartender and... a squishy creature that looks entirely out of place will greet you.
This is the bar "Whale." Also known as "The Fairy Counseling Bar."
You can try asking for advice, or just lounge around and chat. The fairy and the bartender will just talk about whatever.

The bartender of "Whale." He serves the drinks and the food. On the inside, he is an incredibly easygoing, airheaded man. "Mink" is just a pseudonym he uses at the bar. Between the funny man and the straight man, he's the funny man.
Name: Nagasu Age: 55 Length: 40cm
The master of "Whale." He handles the bill and entertains with conversation. He came here after being told by the Fairy Realm to solve "human worries." A fairy who looks like a whale plushie. A mysterious creature that anyone can perceive normally. Between the funny man and the straight man, he's the straight man.

Word has it that this bar also accepts consultations for one's worries. Supposedly, the bartender and a 'fairy' will listen to you. Let's just try to ignore that last part for a moment.
