His true nature is that of an utter scumbag who uses his title of "Justice" to abuse his power. Behind the scenes, he regularly engages in workplace harassment, violence, bribery, dine-and-dash, and various other crimes. He is highly intelligent and covers up negative information about heroes, framing monsters for their misdeeds instead. He has never revealed his face, background, or real name to the public.
