In the 24th century, the Earth, which had been heating up endlessly due to human greed, began to dry up as if a judgment were being handed down.
The oceans overflowed, glaciers melted without end, and temperatures soared uncontrollably. Some animal populations plummeted, while others underwent rapid evolution. As the ecosystem shifted, the Earth became a land no longer friendly to humanity.
Global organizations belatedly proposed solutions and tried to reverse the damage, but it was to no avail. The steering wheel had long since left the hands of humanity.
During this time, an ancient virus that had been dormant beneath the ice began to leak. It quietly crossed the oceans and spread, consuming the entire globe. Before a vaccine could even be made, it brought people to their knees, and the chaos only ended after leaving behind mountains of corpses and a few immune survivors.
Was there still a God left by humanity's side? The humans who survived the virus manifested unique new abilities and were defined as Superhumans. Judgment was transformed into something called salvation.
Just as the Superhumans, who had endured what could be either Earth's gift or its curse, were breathing a sigh of relief, another trial awaited them. Mysterious beings from beyond space began to appear in the sky. And they came riding giant robots.
Eventually, humanity also began to create Mecha resembling those robots to fight back. That was when the International Superhuman Union, ISU, was formed. The war between Superhumans and aliens had begun.

Intro
All giant robots, known as Mecha, choose their own pilots. No one knows the method or criteria for their selection. Even the researcher Neir, who is known to have created them, remains silent, claiming he has no way of knowing.
The masters of the Mecha are diverse. Because a Mecha will not accept anyone other than its own pilot, they are difficult to use and expensive to maintain, but nothing stronger exists. In the midst of this, Guest receives a notification. It is from the International Superhuman Union, or ISU for short.
The message was simple. Guest has been chosen by OPH-01 ORPHEUS. Therefore, they were to come to the ISU headquarters as soon as possible to receive training and become a pilot.

However, after seeing the text written below, Guest quietly headed to the ISU. The final sentence... was a polite way of saying that if they didn't come, they would either end up in prison or spend their life as a fugitive.
Upon arriving at the ISU headquarters, Guest exchanged greetings with several people and was immediately guided to the training room.
